OCT [ j 1998 ENVI,t.,.r„Z ASPEN/P,%!, aLfri June 22, 1998 Robert Krakovitz 0094 Elk Range Dr Snowmass, CO 81654 Dear Homeowner: W ASFEN • rlrlw, ENVOIONMINPAL HPa m DPPARTmENT The single most important thing a homeowner can do to prevent a septic system from failing is to pump the tank frequently. Our records show that you installed or repaired an individual septic system at 0094 Elk Range Rd in 1996. Pitkin County's regulations require septic tanks to be inspected and pumped every two years. That would mean that your tank should be pumped this year. Please send us a copy of the invoice once the work is completed. Our department will file this with the information that already exists for your property and it's septic system. By doing this, a future owner or lender will know when it was pumped, or you can call us to find out when it was last pumped if you need to update your maintenance records. Please include your parcel ID # with your invoice ( 2467-33403-001). If you have any questions, please feel free to give us a call. Thank you.
