Near Norrie, up the Frying Pan beyond Thomasville
She called yesterday. She came in a while ago. See contact sheet in brown folder. I think you know about
this too. It is on forest service land and their cabin burned down last year. She is having a vault since she is
so close to the river and ground water and to keep setback from the well.
I felt we needed to do a site inspection since it is an unusual situation and a tight lot, etc. But she just called
yesterday for a site inspection for today, naturally! Jinx Stone is the excavator and would be the easiest one
to see the lot with since he sails up at Ruedi a lot_ I think you need to go with someone to be able to find it --
if you decide to go at all.
She has submitted for he building permit and for some reason didn't realize she needed to submit the Septic
application to us for approvall So she needs to get that to us.

Hi nancy, Sorry this is so late in corning. I do not know if it is in the floodplain because our maps are not
that specific and because we ultimately could not stop her from building back, I have limited the dev. to
existing floor area and bulk. Her Architect is pulling a letter together for me explaining how they will
accomplish that. They are consolidating old buildings into one as I understand it. I totally expect you to
have to do your job and require what you need to maintain a safe situation relative to septic. Thanks,
that's about all I know. Let me know if I can find out anything else for you. Thanks, CH

Hi Cindy,
I think you are also involved w/ a USFS lot by Norrie Colony, leased by Cate Vagneur, being designed
by Dave Panico. I was pleasantly surprised that the USFS wants to have Cate cooperate with the county
(up to a point). Do you know if it is in the floodplain? Any other incite would be appreciated.
Thanks
