The Provision of Mechanical and Plumbing Engineering Services for the Jail and Courthouse (the
"Agreement") dated 12/9/2015 between the Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin County (the
"County") and SGM, Inc. (the"Contractor"), is hereby amended as follows:
Description of Change:
Contract extension of 45 days. New contract completion date will be 4/15/2016.
Reason for Change:
Additional time is needed for completion of work.
