PITKIN COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
SPECIAL MEETING
OCTOBER 15,2002
CALL TO ORDER: Chairperson Patti Clapper entertained a motion to go out of
executive session and continue in the special meeting to consider a resolution
recommended by the County Attorney's office at 12:15 p.m.
Chairperson Farris moved to go out of executive session and continue in a special
meeting to consider a resolution recommended by the County Attorney's Office.
Commissioner Roy seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously.
RESOLUTION APPROVING A LIMITED WAIVER OF PRIVILEGE TO
CONFIDENTIAL ATTORNEY/CLIENT COMMUNICATION—MOTION TO
APPROVE
Commissioner Farris moved approval of the Resolution. Commissioner Roy
seconded the motion. Motion passed unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT: The special meeting was adjourned at 12:20 p.m.
