The Provision of the Contract for Provision of Services: Quantun Secure Software Support agreements(SSA)an
Software Maintenance (the "Agreement") dated April I, 2016 between the Board of County Commissioners of
Pitkin County(the"County")and Quantum Secure(the"Contractor"), is hereby amended as follows:
Description of Change:
Renew the SAFE support and maintenance agreement for an additional 12 months for a period ending March 31,
2017.Fees remain the same and the previous terns at$26,763.00.
Reason for Change
This is a required service to ensure our federally regulated identity management system is current
