The Provision of Pitkin County Construction Contract--Airport Terminal Secured Boarding Upgrades
(the "Agreement") dated November 19`x`, 2015 between the Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin
County (the "County") and Stewart Custom Builders, Inc. (the "Contractor"), is hereby amended as
follows:
Description of Change:Remove and replace door at the United Ticket Counter.Replace door in the kitchen
area.Purchase and install lighted sign box in baggage claim.
Reason for Change: The United door is worn out and we are having issues with proper alignment and
closing of that door.The kitchen door was wood and due to the proximately of hot outfaces determined that
a metal door should be utilized.A lighted sign box is needed to sign the new baggage claim coffee cart and
is the same size and type as the other sign box in that area.
Original Contract Price $518,083.00
Net Increase/Decrease in Contract Price(this change order) $9,918.00
*Total Adjusted Contract Price(including this change order) $528,001.00
In Eill other respects the Agreement is in full force and effect and remains unchanged by this
