RE: Holman Subdivision Exemption
On June 6, 1979, I completed a site inspection of the
referenced property for the purpose of determining the
adequacy of water supply and sewage disposal systems
for these referenced houses.
The water is supplied from two wells, one of which lacks
an approved sanitary seal. The yields of these wells
are not determined. Bacteriological test results are
pending. There is one problem in that the well serving
the Holman residence on the two (2) acre parcel is located
on a separate lot if the subdivision exemption is approved
The sewage disposal systems appear to be adequate and
functioning properly, although'there is a lack of docu-
mentation regarding the type of installation. This is
not unusual for those systems installed between 1970 and
1972•
There does not appear to be any other environmenta impacts.
