The Provision of Pitkin County Crack Seal Program dated April 5, 2016 between the Board of County
Commissioners of Pitkin County (the "County") and SealCo Incorporated, is hereby amended as
follows:
Description of Change:
• Renew the Contract for one year until December 31,2016.
• Revised the schedule for work, 2016 Roads to be Crack Sealed:
Maroon Creek Road 20,325 lineal Feet Red Stone Blvd 5,054 lineal feet
Castle Creek Road 743 lineal feet Capitol Creek Road 500 lineal feet
Red Mountain Road 2,542 lineal feet Magnifico Road 75 lineal feet
29,239 Total Lineal Feel x$.76=$22,221.64
Reason for Amendment
Renew the contract per contract terms and define the new roads to be crack sealed in 2016.
Original Contract Price $ 15,000.00
Net Increase/Decrease in Contract Price(this change order) $ 7221.64
