the Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin County (the "County") and Ascentis Corporation (the
"Contractor"), is hereby amended as follows:
Description of Change: Number of employees in Ascentis HRIS increased from 285 to 304
Reason for Change: This software as a service(SaaS) is billed by a per employee per year service.

Net Increase/Decrease in Contract Price(this change order) $ 57,960
