Contractor shall provide preconstruction services for the tenant improvement projects at the County's
temporary office facilities.These small projects are required to allow County staff to move out of
existing County Administration buildings during renovation.This work is construction planning,
scheduling and establishing guaranteed maximum price for the actual construction.
