The Provision of the Preconstruction Services for Sheriff and Administration Building contract (the
"Agreement") dated 12/12/2013 between the Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin County (the
"County")and Vision Security,LLC,(the"Contractor"),is hereby amended as follows:
Description of Change:
a. Contractor shall install two additional motion detectors and two additional panic buttonsat
the Clerk's 534 E.Hyman,Aspen, CO 81611 location.
b. Contractor shall install an alarm system at the Elections office at 501 E. Hyman Street,
Aspen,CO 81611. See attached Exhibit A:Proposal.
Reason for Change:
a. Motion detectors needed for complete coverage of the offices.
b. Security system needed to ensure secure Elections offices.
Original Contract Price(Not to Exceed) $ 7,761.75
Net Increase/Decrease in Contract Price(this change order) $ 1,158.75
