between the Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin County(the "County") and J.P. Jay Associates,
Inc. 1313 Roth Avenue,Allentown,PA 18102(the"Contractor"), is hereby amended as follows:
Description of Change:
Provision of welded frames and canopies for library shelving. Contractor shall provide an additional 20%
discount over the Cooperative Purchasing Price.
Original Contract Price $77,840.18
Net Increase/Decrease in Contract Price(this change order) $27,118.77
*Total Adjusted Contract Price(including this change order) $ 104,958.95
In all other respects the Agreement is in full force and effect and remains unchanged by this
Amendment.
