The Provision of the Library Expansion Architectural Services contract (the "Agreement") dated
10/30/2013 between the Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin County(the"County")and Snowdon
&Hopkins,P.C.,(the"Contractor"),is hereby amended as follows:
Description of Change:
a.Increase contract compensation by 55,106.00 to include additional reimburseables.
b.Increase contract compensation by$500 for grant close out.
See Exhibit A for details.
Reason for Change:
Additional expenses required that were above the original contract amount.
Original Contract Price(Not to Exceed) $ 1,664,000.00
Net Increase/Decrease in Contract Price(this change order) $55,606.00
*Total Adjusted Contract Price(including this change order) $ 1,719,606.00
In all other respects the Agreement is in full force and effect and remains unchanged by this
Amendment.
