The Contract for Services (the "Agreement") dated December 8, 2008 between the Board of County
Commissioners of Pitkin County (the "County") and RiverRestoration.org (the "Contractor"), is hereby
amended as follows:
Reason for Change
Time extension for management of originally extended to Dec. 31,2015 to Dec 31,2016.
Cost amendments increase due to additional work required by Town of Basalt per approvals and price
increases since 2008 contract execution.
