Pursuant to Subsection 4-30-50(i) of the Pitkin County Land Use Code, the Community Development Director of Pitkin County, Colorado ("Director") may approve a permit for Special Events. 2. Transportation and Parking Guests will take their own vehicles. We estimate between 35 and 50 cars in total. There will be valet station within the property and they will park cars on what is know as Lot 8. Itisa flat, graded parcel with no structures. Sanitation We have 6 restrooms within existing structures with close proximity to the site. This is a catered event for a relatively small number of people. Trash cans and dumpsters we already have onsite will be sufficient Alcohol, Food Service Catered event with passed beverages and a sit-down dinner. Communication Plan: Not applicable. Very small event. Security Plan: Security will be handled by the United States Secret Service. They will coordinate with local agencies as needed.
