Site Plan (and maps):
I don't really have an event site plan as this is a small event on a private property
Boundaries
The event will take place entirely within Aspen Valley Ranch on the lawn within
the parcel
previously known as the Agricultural Facility Parcel. The event will access the
property from
the main entrance on Upper River Road.
Security, Medical, Safety
The Hillary team will work through Security with local agencies directly.
Transportation and Parking
Guests will take their own vehicles. We estimate between 35 and 50 cars in total.
There will
be valet station within the property and they will park cars on what is know as Lot
8. Itisa
flat, graded parcel with no structures.
Sanitation
We have 6 restrooms within existing structures with close proximity to the site.
This is a

have onsite will be sufficient
