RE: Setback Variances for
The Brush Creek Landowner's Association
(Case 10-2012)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held on Tuesday, September 4,
2012, to begin at 5:30pm, or as soon thereafter as the conduct of business allows, in the
Commissioner's Meeting Room in the Courthouse, 506 East Main Street, Aspen, before the
Pitkin County Board of Adjustment, to consider an application submitted by the Brush Creek
Landowners Association c/o Kevin McClure, 500 Juniper Hill Road, Aspen, CO 81611, for
improvements to be located on Lot 9, Block 2, Filing 1, and Lot 2, Block 1, Filing 2, Brush
Creek Village Subdivision. Applicants are requesting a 0 setback to replace a trash enclosure
and to construct a mail shelter in the AR -10 zone district. Also requesting setback variances
from the 30 foot front yard and 20 foot right-of-way setbacks for the location of an identification
sign. The State Parcel Identification Numbers for these two properties are 2643-212-02-002 and
2643-213-00-009.
