The Aspen/Pitkin County Airport Terminal Custodial Services Contract(the"Agreement")dated June 1,
2012 between the Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin County(the"County")and Hotel Cleaning
Services,Inc.Ashlar Services Group,LLC.(the"Contractor"),is hereby amended as follows:
Description of Change: Increase in overall cost of janitorial cleaning supplies,first increase in hourly pay
wage for staff of one dollar per hour,one additional staff member 4 hours per day,7 days per week.
Reason for Change: Extra labor and supplies needed to account for the gradual annual increase in
enplanements and flights at Aspen Airport. First wage increase for staff in 5 years.
Original Contract Price $ 153,402.03
Net Increase/Decrease in Contract Price(this change order) $ 44,471.00
*Total Adjusted Contract Price(including this change order) $ 197,873.03
This change order extends the contract until May 31',2017.
In all other respects the Agreement is in full force and effect and remains unchanged by this

(1) CARPET CLEANING CREW, WORKING 6 HOURS PER NIGHT, 2 NIGHTS PER WEEK
DAY LOBBY CREW:
(1) CREW(6AM-3:30PM), 8 HOURS PER DAY, 7 DAYS PER WEEK
(1) CREW(3PM-7PM), 4 HOURS PER DAY, 7 DAYS PER WEEK
SEASONAL: (2) CREW, EACH WORKING 2 HOURS PER DAY, 7 DAYS PER WEEK**
* THIS SEASONAL LABOR IS ONLY SCUEDULED FROM NOVEMBER-APRIL AND IS
ELIMINATED THE REST OF THE YEAR.

Pricing rationale:
As discussed In our meeting back in June,we determined with your team,the need for additional custodial staffing
support during main airport hours(3pm-7pm).As such,the labor Increases above provide for additional custodial
support during the day to help maintain the overall cleanliness of the airport.Additionally,In order to remain competitive
In the labor market In Aspen we are proposing a raise for both our day time custodial crew as well as a raise for our
after hours custodial team.
