Changes must be approved by this Department and the engineer prior to construction. The existing 1500 gallon tank is large enough to accommodate the new flows. This permit is for the addition of 40 chambers (4 rows of 10 chambers) to the east side of the existing gravelless chamber bed (1085 sq. ft.) for a total of 110 chambers to serve the new ranch manager home. Minimum horizontal distances between components of the system and physical features shall conform to the requirements of the Pitkin County OWTS Regulation. This Permit is conditioned upon the property owner(s) providing for regular inspection, cleaning, and maintenance of the system by qualified personnel, in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations and the requirements of the Pitkin County OWTS Regulation. This well is known as a structure in the WCV AH Weil Field No. 1. 4) The use of ground water from this well is limited to fire protection and domestic water supply for ranch headquarters and an affordable housing lot consisting of residential units encompassing a maximum of 21 bedrooms. 5) The combined maximum pumping rate from all wells in the WCV AH Well Field No. 1 shall not exceed 50 GPM. 6) The combined average annual amount of ground water to be appropriated from all wells in the WCV AH Well Field No. 1 shall not exceed 3.06 acre-feet. 7) The return flow from the use of this well must be through an individual waste water disposal system of the non -evaporative type where the water is returned to the same stream system in which the well is located, as specified in the decree. 8) The owner shall mark the well In a conspicuous place with well permit number(s), name of the aquifer, and court case number(s) as appropriate. The owner shall take necessary means and precautions to preserve these markings. 9) A totalizing flow meter must be installed on this well and maintained in good working order. Permanent records of all diversions must be maintained by the well owner (recorded at least annually) and submitted to the Division Engineer upon request. 10) This well shall be constructed not more than 200 feet from the location specified on this permit and within the 3.444 acre area decreed for the WCV AH Well Field No. 1 in case no.
