between the Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin County (the "County") and MKO Strategies (the
"Contractor"), is hereby amended as follows:
Description of Change:
Increase the budget amount for the Contract an additional $12,000 and extend the timeline to September
27,2017.
Reason for Change:
Original Contract Price $ 7,021.00
Net Increase/Decrease in Contract Price(previous change order(s)) $9,750.00
Net Increase/Decrease in Contract Price(this change order) $ 12,000.00
*Total Adjusted Contract Price(including this change order) $21,750.00
