To whom it may concern:
This is the tree removal permit for 106 N. Little Texas Ln. The permit application
is for one 18" Spruce tree in the front of the house. This tree is too close to the house and
poses a fire risk. The tree is also close to flagstone walkway and will eventually
compromise the flagstone. Feel free to contact me with any question or concerns.

that is within 2 feet of our house. FYI, we built the house in 1992 and have owned ever since.
