The Provision of HVAC Maintenance and Repairs (the "Agreement") dated June 10, 2015 between the
Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin County (the "County") and 2H Mechanical Service, LLC 566
S. Westgate Drive, Grand Junction, CO 81505 (the"Contractor"), is hereby amended as follows:
Description of Change:
• The contract shall be extended to March 31,2017 based on the terms of the Contract.
• Contract funds shall increase by$34,872.75 for the 2017 Spring and Fall Preventative
Maintenance Services.
o Spring Preventative Maintenance Parts and Materials: $15,343.91
o Fall Preventative Maintenance Parts and Materials: $19,528.84
o For both Spring and Fall Trane BAS Support shall be coordinated on an as-needed basis and
billed Time and Materials.
• Contractors Obligations section B.a—i shall be removed in its entirety.
• Communications are revised to:

• The change in work this year reflects the changes in HVAC maintenance due to construction on
County facilities.The locations are revised to be:
o County Courthouse
o County Jail
o Health and Human Services
o County Public Works/Fleet
o County Solid Waste Center
o Ambulance barn
Reason for Change:
The reason for this change is to extend the contract based on the Contract Terms. The details of the Spring
and Fall Preventative Maintenance Programs are detailed in Exhibit A: Detailed Scope of Work.
