NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held on Tuesday, October 18,
2016 at a regular meeting to begin at 5:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the conduct of
business allows,before the Pitkin County Planning and Zoning Commission,Library
William R. Dunaway Community Room, 102 North Mill Street,Aspen to consider adoption
of the Emma Master Plan, submitted by the Emma Caucus as an advisory document to
Pitkin County regarding land use within the Emma Caucus area boundary(as depicted on
Map Exhibit A).

The Master Plan is available for public inspection in the Community Development
Department,City Hall, 130 S. Galena St.,Aspen,CO 81611. Comments or objections due
