ADMINISTRATION BUILDING, PRELIMARY PITKIN COUNTY BUILDING
STANDARDS AND TEMPORARY RELOCATION OPTIONS
Renewal of Contract#203.2015 B
Pitkin County has elected to renew the Pitkin County New Sheriff and Administration
Building, Preliminary Building Standards and Temporary Relocation Options Contract
with Integrated Construction Solutions, LLC which expired on September 16, 2016. Per
the terms of the contract it states that"At the expiration of the initial term, the contract
may be extended for three(3)additional one (1)year terms by the express written consent
of both parties."
If the renewal of this contract is agreeable to Integrated Construction Solutions, LLC
please sign this letter in the space provided below and return it, along with a current copy
if your certificate of insurance, naming Pitkin County has additionally insured on the
Certificate as required.
Pitkin County hereby authorized the renewal of Contract #203.2015 with Integrated
Construction Solutions, LLC for a period of 1-year from contract expiration date; new
expiration date is now October 30,2017.
Any changes in scope of;or rates thereafter will be by an addendum.
