The Reroofing and Soffit Repair at County Library (the "Agreement') dated September 12, 2016
between the Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin County (the "County") and Pacific Sheet Metal,
Inc. 401 Aspen Airport Business Center. Aspen CO 81611 (the "Contractor"), is hereby amended as
follows:
Description of Change:
Contract shall be extended to December 10,2016.
Original Contract Price $465,644.00
Net Increase/Decrease in Contract Price(this change order) $ 0.00
*Total Adjusted Contract Price(including this change order) $465.644.00
This change order extends the time to complete work to December 10, 2016.
In all other respects the Agreement is in full force and effect and remains unchanged by this
