CONTRACTOR:
The Provision of Redstone South Bridge Repair Contract(the"Agreement") dated 10/17/2016 between
the Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin County (the "County') and Mueller Construction (the
"Contractor"), is hereby amended as follows:
Description of Change: Repair to damage at the top of the downstream center pier as proposed via email
11/16/2016:
Mobilize to the site with tools and power
Grind with a wire wheel the reinforcing steel and remove any unsound concrete
Coat the exposed reinforcing steel with Sika Armatec 110
Apply a scrub coat of the repair mortar
Apply a repair patch to the affected area
Reason for Change: This damage was found at a site visit after the project had started.This is a similar type
of repair as to what the main work was.
Original Contract Price $58,588.00
Net Increase/Decrease in Contract Price(this change order) $964:00
*Total Adjusted Contract Price(including this change order) $59,552,00
