THE RFTA BOARD, OF DIRECTORS vt/5

RECITALS
1. The Pitkin County Commissioners are the duly elected representatives of the voters of Pitkin County.
2. As such, the Pitkin County Commissioners serve on various Boards, Committees, and Authorities
concerned with significant local issues and activities. At their Regular Meeting on January 1181,the Board of
County Commissioners made all of their appointments except for the Alternate Position on the RFTA Board
of Directors. The Board now wishes to make that appointment.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that this appointment is to be effective immediately and will
remain in effect for the balance of 2017 unless it is necessary to change such appointments at a later time,
which will be done by subsequent Resolution.
