Descriotion of Chime: Ice dam damage repairs
Reason for Change, Work associated with site repair from ice dam breach on Roaring Fork river on
1220/16. Flows peaked over twice the max compared to average.
Original Contract Price $ 698,851.00
Net Increase/Decrease in Contract Price (this change order) $ 4,263.00
*Total Adjusted Contract Price (including this change order) $ 703,114.00
In all other respects the Agreement is in full force and effect and remains unchanged by this
Amendment.
