RE: Pitkin County Crack Seal Program
Renewal of Contract # 140.2014
Pitkin County has elected to renew the Pitkin County Crack Seal Program with SealCo
Incorporated, which is set to expire on 12/31/2016. Per the terms of the contract it states
that "At the expiration of the initial term, the contract may be extended for an additional
term of three (3) additional one 1 -year terms by the express written consent of both
parties."
If the renewal of this contract is agreeable to SealCo Incorporated, please sign this letter
in the space provided below and return it, along with a current copy if your certificate of
insurance, naming Pitkin Country has additionally insured on the Certificate as required.
Pitkin Courtly hereby authorized the renewal of Contract # 140.2014 with
SealCo Incorporated for a period of I -year from contract expiration date; new expiration
date is now December 31, 2017, at which time the County will go out to bid for the
services.
All rates will remain the same for the year: 2017
Any changes in rates thereafter will be by an addendum.
