"County") and ProSpace Interiors (the "Contractor"), is hereby amended as follows:
Description of Change: Addition for the purchase of Demountable Floor to Ceiling Walls per ProSpace
quote dated 2/9/2017, Pitkin Co- HHS- Wall Portion with specifications found on Design Studio quote
number 16-22206.
Reason for Change- Additional items not included in original proposal for renovations at the Health and
Human Services Building
