The Provision of Airport Guest Services Contract (the "Agreement") dated January 20, 2012 between the Board
of County Commissioners of Pitkin County (the "County") and Aspen Chamber Resort Association (the
"Contractor"), is hereby amended as follows:
Description of Chance:
Contmet has expired, we are extending by one year to the sole sauce provider— tion -profit agency. The Contract
expiration shall be extended to December 31, 2016. Alt terms of the contract remain in force with the following
additions/updates:
1) Update payment schedule for 2016 rates of $297,000 depicted on the revised Exhibit B.
2) Exbibit A, line item 9 shall be revised to state: `Ensure that articles Maned him Guest Services as lost, including
lost unchecked baggage, are recorded and promptly honed over to the County's Representative."
3) Exhibit A, line item 17 added to state: 'Become pmt of the alrporPs irregular operation/emergency
response plans during activation. Corrhnetm•'s employees will be trained and complete FEMA's ICS 100,
200 and 700. Airport staff will provide all necessary emergency management training,"
