Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin County (the "County") and IMPACT Marketing (the
"Contractor'), is hereby amended as follows:
Description of Change: An increase in contract rate from$7200 to $10,000.
• Reason for Change:Change due to delayed increases in the past,and high level of statifaction of contractor
with work load, and expectations compared to pay rate.
