I just spoke to Scott O'Toole this morning and he confirmed that the BACnet interface is not an available option yet(he said the factory indicated it may be available in 2017, but let's not count on • it). The other item not furnished by the factory is smoke detectors. All other"features" included in the schedule on M100 are available and included. 1 So, yes this additional DDC scope of work looks good. My only comments would be as follows regarding specific points: 1. Outside Air Temperature—is an additional point/sensor required or can Trane utilize the building outside air sensor already included in the DDC scope of work? 2. Return Air Temperature—not needed, can be deleted. 3. Return Air Humidity—not needed, can be deleted. We should have all of your meth/plumbing submittals outstanding back from the design team today. The DOAS at the Plaza Building is very likely going to change to a side-discharge unit with ductwork ran on the roof due to the fact that there is not enough room in the ceiling cavity to run that above ceiling at 3rd floor and get to the 3 shaft. We have an RFI into the design team to figure that out and hope to have final direction on that item in the next week. 2.) On your COR-05, proceed with having Trane incorporate that into their submittals.Send us those back-up emails on this item that we discussed. We will issue you a change order for that, but it will take a few weeks to get the paperwork/approvals done and your change order in hand. Please don't let that hold up this controls submittal. 3.) Please clanfy if the fire proofing is to extend to the W24x279 beams)along gridline F to prevent the fire proofing from breaking mid-span. 2.Sheet G107 indicate spray applied fire proofing to be installed around utility shaft 6(US-6)at the Gridline 7 A Gridline L Structural drawings dated 12-9-16 indicate Wg5c15 beams to be installed to frame out this utility shaft on the Main.2nd and 3rd Floors. Please confirm spray applied fire proofing Is to be applied to the W6x15 that frame U5.6 at the main,2nd and 3rd floor levels. 3. 1/6107 indicates the W12x26 beam located in the north stairwell just above gridline 6 to be receive 2 hour fire proofing The W12x26 at gridline G is not indicated to receive fireproofing. Please clarify if the W12t 26 is to receive fireproofing. 4. 116107 indicates 1 hour fire proofing to be applied to the W21x93 along gridline h between gridline 7 and 9.A W12x65 is indicated to run to the W21x93.The center to center dimension of these two beams is indicated to be 11".
