Renewal of Contract N 090.2012
Pitkin County has elected to renew the Aspen/Pitkin County Airport Terminal Custodial
Services Contract with Hotel Cleaning Services, Inc.dba Ashlar Services Group, LLC.,
which is set to expire on May 31, 2017.
if the renewal of this contract is agreeable to Hotel Cleaning Services, Inc.dba Ashlar
Services Group, ILL.please sign this letter in the space provided below and return it,
along with a current copy if your cenificate of insurance, naming Pitkin County has
additionally insured on the Certificate as required.
Pitkin County hereby authorized the renewal of Contract N 090.2012 with
Hotel Cleaning Services, Inc.dba Ashlar Services Group, LLC.; new expiration date is
now July 12,2017.
All rates will remain the same for the term ending July 12,2017.
Any changes in rates rhereafer will be by an addendum.
