Dear Nancy:
High Country Engineering, Inc. personnel made a final inspection today on the above
referenced system. The following items were noted:
1. All inspection vents were in place.
2. The previously unlocated vent was found and no standing water was observed.
At the time of this inspection, the system appears to be functioning adequately.

Dear Nancy:
Per a site visit made August 4, 2000, at the Gordon residence located at 225 Solar Way,
Snowmass Village, it appears the ET system is still adequately functioning. There was
approximately two inches of standing water at one corner of the system, indicating that
the bed is slightly out of level. However, this amount of water in the system is likely due
to daily flows and not an indication that the system is failing. There are still items which
will�require additional follow up:
1. The vents are in need of repair and one vent still needs to be located. The
owners indicated that these repairs will be made shortly and upon completion
will notify High Country Engineering.
2. Upon completion, High Country Engineering will inspect the repaired vents
and view the bed at the vent which was not located on the first site visit.
