The Provision of Year-End Processes and Accounting Services (the "Agreement")dated March 28. 21117
between the Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin County(the"County")and CBS Accounting,LLC
(the`Contractor"), is herehy amended as follows.
Deserintipn of Change: Extension of contract end date to June 30, 2017. Added services to include
continuation of high level accounting services in preparing work schedules and performing reconciliations
especially with regards to mill levies for the 2018 budget
Reason for Change:CBS Accounting was hired to prepare work schedules for the audit,in particular fixed
assets, as a key employee was on FMLA during this time. We underestimated the amount of work that
was needed in the preparation of fixed asset work schedules which took an entire week and used the full
amount of the contract at that point. There is still some work outstanding which we would like to have
completed before the start of the 20I8 budget cycle,namely the clarification and calculation of mill levies,
