It is okay to issue the Building Permit. No septic permit is require. The remodel does not increase
the bedroom count and the existing septic system is sized for this project.
A permit will be applied for to add dormers to the upstairs living room and this also will not
change the bedroom count and no septic permit will be required. So EH can be an NA on that
also.
