NARRATIVE:
On October 3, 1973 I was contacted by the contractor of Dwight
Shellman's house for the purpose of making a field visit to the
property and obtaining a building permit.
:I told him to contact Industrial Denver and John Morris to get
Shellman's system in proper operation before I made an inspection
for the building plan review.

Dear Mr. Shellman,
A review of our records show that a Cease and Desist order was
issued to you for failed sewage facilities at your home. I regret
to find that no application for correction of the problem was
ever made. Therefore it sincerely requested that you contact
this office at your earliest convenience as to your intentions
regarding this problem.
