ANNUAL COMPENSATION LEVEL FOR ELECTED OFFICIALS OTHER THAN
BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
RESOLUTION No. 1�-2002
RECITALS
1. The Home Rule Charter, Article II, Section 2.7.4, establishes that the Board of
County Commissioners shall set the salaries of the other elected County officials no later
than the date for precinct caucuses as establishes by State statute.
2. The precinct caucus will be held on Tuesday, April 23, 2002.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin
County, Colorado, approves on April 10, 2003, the salaries of other elected County officials to be
effective upon the elected official term beginning in 2003 as follows:
Sheriff @$89,509,39 annually;
Clerk and Recorder @$72,057.44 annually; and,
Assessor @ $72,057.44 annually.

REGULAR MEETING ON THE 27TH DAY OF MARCH, 2002.
