Have the low water -use fixtures been installed? 2. Has the plumbing in the house been modified so all discharge is into the E -T system? 3. Was the cut slope determined by a soils engineer? The PVC liner does not appear to be bedded according to plans. 0/(. The drainage Swale needs to be constructed. e"_' . The bed needs a layer of topsoil with a crown in the center. �f 7.
