DATE OF FINAL INSPE TION� m BY: t TITLE C�G'G;�1JV` 130 South Galena Street Aspen, Colorado 81611 303/925-2020 3-2.6 A use permit shall be required whenever any person, pursuant to a housing loan, requests an investigation by the Department for an existing individual sewage disposal system. Application for the use permit shall be made to the Department and shall be accepted and processed upon receipt of a use permit fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00). Any permit issued pursuant to the application shall remain valid until the property is sold or otherwise altered from domestic use or until the sewage disposal system fails to operate in an approved manner. Final inspection approval of the construction permit shall be considered the initial use permit. There shall be no additional fee for the use of a newly constructed or remodeled system. Nouse permit shall be issued to any person whenever the Department's investigation reveals any violation of this regulation or any state law or regulation pertaining to water pollu- tion or individual sewage disposal system regulations.
