The work they are planning to do right now is improve the basement of this home. Currently it has a
dirt floor and they have mechanical equip in there. They would like to put down a concrete slab - rough
in some plumbing for a future bathroom and use that room as storage/ mechanical. There are no walls
at the present time - not even for the bathroom. I think they will have to get another building permit if
they ever intended to make this room into a bedroom or sleeping room of any kind - for walls, windows,
etc...
Let's place a stipulation on the bldg permit and in the file that this room is NOT to be used as a
bedroom.
