Lance,
I think I need to go out to that area and see if I can figure out which lot is which out there! In reviewing our septic
records the shapes of the houses on the permits don't match the shapes on the one map I have! At this point I
can't tell the location of the systems in relationship to the lot lines.
The 2 units could share the same septic, but probably they would need recorded easements. I'd also need to ask
the HOA what they require.

Nope -she wants to separate the duplex in to two single family homes. She wants to get away from her neighbor.
Is the septic system on either lot, or is it one of those mysteriously off the property? Obviously, if we allow them to
do this separation, one or both of them will need new septic systems, right?

We have a permit issued in 1981 for one system to serve lots 17 & 18. It was sized for a total of 4 bedrooms, 2
per unit. Units were identified as units #12 & #13.
We have a drawing of the location of the system, a 1250 gallon tank and 15 ft away from that is a drywell.
Does she own both lots now?
