No change is required to the septic system. The original system was sized for 4 bedrooms and the changes
do not increase the bedroom count.

Subject: Updated Permit Application Addendum for 0496 McLain Flats Road
Per our previous discussion, the following information will describe work done at my
home.
1. Bath 1: Replaced bathroom sink in a bathroom that was "wall mounted," to a
cabinet and sink top.
2. Bath 1: Replaced bathroom sink in a bathroom that was "wall mounted,' to a
cabinet and sink top.
3. Bed 1: Added closet organizer.
4. Bath1: Added new showerhead.
5. Kit 1: Added under cabinet microwave and exterior vent to blow cooking fumes
out of home instead of recycled through my home.
6. Bed 3: Added an exterior deck (10' X 10') and a door for access.
7. Study 1: Added interior nonstructural wall and closet including internal frame of
unfinished doorway, (doorway to be completed this summer).
8. BA 1: Wet Bar Area added cabinets, sink, dishwasher, stovetop, and
washer/dryer.
Work permit request for future work to be done.
1 _ Study 1: Install and complete doorway on interior wall.
2. BA 1: Remove stovetop and replace with cabinet.
3. Kit 1: Add under counter cabinet and removable trash bins.
4. Bath 1 & 2: Plumbing, add hot water pressure valve in each bathroom, upgrade
one toilet, upgrade on hot water heater.
5. Various: Replace some exterior windows and doors.
5. L 1: Add coat closet and shelves.
7. Bed 1: Repair hole in bathroom wall_
8. R 1: Reattach ceiling fan.
9. L 1 & Kit 1: Pargo or other brand kitchen/laundry floor.
