COMMISSIONERS OF PITK1N COUNTY, COLORADO, AUTHORIZING AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF COLORADO, DEPARTNIFNT OF PUBLIC HEALTH ANI) ENVIRONMENT FOR TIIE \IASTF:R CONTRACT RESOLUTION NO. b�G , 2017 RECITALS: I Pursuant to Section 2.5.3 (Actions) of the Pitkin County I tome Rule Charter (AMC) official action by formal resolution shall he required for all actions of the Board not requiring ordinance power on matters of ,ignilicaut impouance affecting citizens. 2 The Intent of the Master Contract is to set forth the general contract terms and conditions between the State of Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment and Pitkin County to define how the panics will contract with each other in the future using the Task Order Contract process as defined by the Master Contract. 3. The BOCC finds that it is in the best interests of the citizens of Pitkin County to approve this Resolution. NOW, I HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Pitkin County, Colorado that: 1. It hereby adopts an Intergovernmental Agreement with the State of Colorado. Department of Public Health and Environment for the Master Contract and authorizes the Chair to sign the Resolution and upon the satisfaction of the County Attorney as to form, execute any other associated documents necessary to complete this matter. 2.
