Dear Mr & Mrs. Uele,
I investigated your concern about mysterious digging and stock piling of moist matter by
your neighbor, Jack and -Nicole Lewis, at 2567 Snowmass Creek Rd. The stock piling
occurred on their property but in the vicinity of the well on the property you are renting at
2345 Snowmass Ck Rd: You expressed a concern that the Lewis sewage treatment system
might have been compromised during the earthmoving- and that your well might become
contaminated by the moist matter.
On December 14"' I arranged a site visit to the property of your neighbor, Jack & Nicole
Lewis. I observed that the digging in progress was to remove silt from the bottom of a
drained pond. This was the moist matter that they were piling.on their own property near
your property line.
I also observed the area of their septic tank and the engineer designed sand filter. 'No
digging was occurring close to this area:
