NARRATIVE:
On July 2, 1973, I visited the Edgar B. Stern property
at Starwood 'or a consultation on private sewage disposal.
I helped locate the site of a new proposed leaching field.
The present system is badly malfunctioning. There is a great
quanity of sewage effluent running upon the surface of the
ground.
The proposed leaching field is 20' x 100' and 5' deep
filled with 1 1/2 inch washed gravel. The soil is very
tight in this area. Ther are to apply for a permit and
run perc test.
