Contractor's Obligations, Contractor shall complete the following, Colorado Wildlife Science (CWS) will conduct wildlife surveys of Sky Mountain Park (including, Upper North Mesa and Seven Start. These surveys will include avian point transects (I t), and the implementation of a MSIM three ear monitoring interval including general wildlife sut veys(T V ES)cameral grids,diurnal raptor surveys,nocturnal raptor surveys( 1.2),GIS mapping, and preparation of an annual report ( 1,3) 1 ,I Avian Point 1 ranseets: 58,075 (See attached cost estimate) 1.2 Implement MSIM Three year monitoring protocol: $18,445 (See attached cost estimate) 1.3 GIS Mapping and Report $12,810 (See attached cos( estimate) 1.4 Project Management: Work with the project team and Pitkm County to prepare Scopes of Work,Cost Estimates and timelines for various projects designed to achieve the management actions of the Sky Mountain 1 Contract#: 117.2017 Park Management Plan(2012). Work with the project team and Pitkin County to modify the scopes of work, cost estimates and timelines when necessary. Identify the project team members or individual best qualified to complete each Sky Mountain Park project Coordinate and manage the project team through the duration of their studies. Monitor the progress of each Sky Mountain Park project to verify that it complies with the scope of work in the task order, is on time and within budget. Review and edit technical studies and provide editorial,graphic or other support where needed. Provide a monthly progress report along with an invoice for each of the Sky Mountain Park projects. See attached cost estimate: $800 2. Compensation and Expenses, Invoicing. Payment and Offset. The County shall compensate Contractor for its services in accordance with the Project Budget and Schedule set out in Paragraph I of this Task Order. It is expressly understood and agreed that in no event will the total compensation and reimbursement to be paid hereunder exceed the sum of$40,130.00 for all services rendered. By Task Order or Task Order Amendment, the County and Contractor may reallocate the budget among project tasks if the total budget amount remains unchanged. Contractor shall invoice for the project monthly based on hours worked, with payment expected within thirty (30) days of invoice, but any payment by the County may be offset by any amount the Contractor owes the County for any reason. 3. Pitkin County's Obligations. Pitkin County shall administer this contract through a County Representative. Gary Tenenbaum will manage the project as the County's Representative. The services provided and products delivered by the Contractor under this contract will be subject to review by the County's Representatives,or a designee, for compliance with Contractor's obligations prior to final payment. 4. Formation of Task Order. This Task Order is issued in accordance with the provisions of the Agreement. Contractor agrees to provide services subject to the terms of this Task Order and for the avoidance of doubt this Task Order consists of the terms set out in the Agreement.
