COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF PITKIN COUNTY, COLORADO,
PROVIDING SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS
TO THE 2017 BUDGET
RESOLUTION NO. 2 00—,2017
RECITALS:
1) Pursuant to Section 2.8.3 (Actions) of the Pitkin County Home Rule Charter("HRC")official action
by formal resolution shalt be required for all actions of the Board not requiring ordinance power on
matters of significant importance affecting citizens; and
2) Unanticipated grant revenues will be received in 2017 that were not appropriated, and will be used
to offset costs of the project for which they were collected; and
3) Upon due and proper notice,published in accordance with the law, said supplemental budget was
open for inspection by the public at a designated place, a public hearing was held on August 23,2017
and interested citizens were given an opportunity to file or register any objections to said
supplemental budget.
4) The BOCC finds that it is in the best interests of the citizens of Pitkin County to approve this
Resolution.
