If approval takes longer than 6 hours, a rate of $65 per hour will be charged. The maximum fee is $1000. The basic fee of $330 is due at the time of application. The remainder, if any, will be due in two stages: first, at the time of issuance of the ISDS permit; second, before final approval of the ISDS permit. The toilets and kitchen were never installed in the storage building. A half bath was installed in the Tack Building which serves two employees. An application was received on 12/26/01 for an enlarged septic system to serve a remodel on the house which adds a 6`h bedroom. High Country Engineers has re -designed the system to accommodate the 6th bedroom by adding one row of sixteen infiltrator units to the existing bed. The system dated 12/19/01 is no longer designed to accommodate the storage building. One 2000 -gallon septic tank in series one 1500 -gallon septic tank with baffle and 128 standard Infiltrator units had been installed in a bed configuration. No backfilling had taken place. No buildings had been connected to the system and the contractor agreed to maintain a maximum cover of 36 -inches. Other than that, the installation of the system was in conformance with the intent of the design. An As -built drawing has been enclosed with this letter.
