Memo To File

RE: Ted Koutsoubos, 0660 Brush Creek Rd
EW
Permit 00053, issued 8/2/00 and finalled on 1/09/01, was for a 5 bedroom house and a storage
building with 2.5 toilets and a kitchen. The toilets and kitchen were never installed in the storage
building. A half bath was installed in the Tack Building which serves two employees.
An application was received on 12/26/01 for an enlarged septic system to serve a remodel on the
house which adds a 6`h bedroom. High Country Engineers has re -designed the system to
accommodate the 6th bedroom by adding one row of sixteen infiltrator units to the existing bed.
The system dated 12/19/01 is no longer designed to accommodate the storage building. If toilets
and a kitchen are installed in the storage building a new system will need to be designed for this
building.

Dear Carla:
RECEIVED
JUN I U 2002

NM,ENTAL HEALTH
On May 30, 2002, High Country Engineering personnel observed the reconstruction of the
ISDS for the Koutsobous property on Lot 1 of the Brush Creek Ranch Subdivision. One
2000 -gallon septic tank in series one 1500 -gallon septic tank with baffle and 128 standard
Infiltrator units had been installed in a bed configuration. No backfilling had taken place.
No buildings had been connected to the system and the contractor agreed to maintain a
maximum cover of 36 -inches. Other than that, the installation of the system was in
conformance with the intent of the design. An As -built drawing has been enclosed with this
letter. If you have any questions, or need additional information, please contact us.
Sincerely,
HIGH COUNTRY ENG
