This letter is to certify our firm submitted plans
and specifications for a domestic sewage treatment
system for the residence of Curtis Baar.
On three se,)erate occasions I visited the jobsite
to check on the progress of the installation. At
these times, to the best of my knowledge, the system
was being installed according to plan.
This system was installed by Ron Baar, Construction,
who was instructed to install the system according
to plans submitted to your office.
